If you got a minecart on powered rails can it sometimes stop, I've experienced it multiple times on a server I play on where we use minecart hoppers to pick up items as they are less laggy than hopper. but then when (and I'm guessing here) the minecarts go into unloaded chunks will the minecart stop on the powered rail, one of the farms is the ilmango gold farm where there's ghast in minecarts, then they stop at a specific spot and you can through the elytra one block high walk get under and push the minecart but then once it comes back it then stops again, its really frustrating, i've also tried to remove the blocks and the rail, but its still the same outcome, please try your best to fix this problem.
