The bug

When using a resource location like a block, an entity or an item id for a command like /give, /setblock or /summon and not using the minecraft: prefix the argument completion suggestion does not appear.

How to reproduce

1. Type the following command in chat

   /summon h
   

   → Only suggestions starting with "h" are shown above (expected)

2. Type a "u"
   → The suggestions above are not shown anymore because only "husk" would match, but it is not suggested for completion
