      How to reproduce

      1. Change your OS locale to for example German
      2. Use the following command 
        /spreadplayers ~ ~ 0 1 false @s

        → A comma is used as decimal separator for the distance

            searge [Mojang] Searge (Michael Stoyke)
            marcono1234 [Mod] Marcono1234
