Invalid syntax when using decimal values on block position arguments

      Using one of the following command give this syntax error message:

      '0.1' is not a valid block position
      /setblock ~ 0.1 ~ stone
/setblock ~ ~0.1 ~ stone
/replaceitem block ~ ~0.1 ~ inventory.0 stone

      Where the game could totally align the coordinate on execution time.
