Incorrect message when teleporting single entity

      When teleporting a single entity (e.g. a player) only the x-coordinate is printed in chat.

      When executing:

      /teleport tomudding 0 0 0

      The output is:

      Teleported tomudding entities to 0.5

      And not

      Teleported tomudding entities to 0.5, 0.0, 0.5
