The skins were not showing at all, even after I somehow managed to fix missing pack.mcmeta bug. I tried to play on single player and my skin nor does my friends show, it's just alex and steves I also went to muiltiplayer and the same thing happened, just steve and alex in the server (even myself and npcs are like that too). I'm playing with the old launcher as the new one keeps crashing and not letting me play, but the old launcher doesn't seem to show skins at all? This glitch/bug affected version 1.8.9 above (all of them, not including 1.8.9, the skins show in 1.8.9 and 1.8.9 only)
