I logged in and all my itemframes were gone. Music overlaping

      When I logged in on my world for the second time on 1.12.2 I found that every item frame I placed and all the items in them were deleted! Also sometimes when the music plays automatically in-game sometimes multiple songs will play at once. This last problem seems to be common for a lot of versions (not just snapshots/pre-releases).
