I was playing Minecraft survival when I got shot by a skeleton and died, it showed my score and stuff and I quickly went to the title screen to change the difficulty to peaceful sense the skeleton was right by my bed where I died so I could pick up my stuff easier, I returned to the game to see nothing there, all my stuff was gone, I lost emeralds because of this also in other situations I would place a torch down save and quit then return to find the torch was not there and I had 1 less in my inventory, idk if it's just my computer but this is really annoying and I hope it gets fixed, this has been happening sense 1.3 and only happens on occasion...
