To reproduce

1. Run this command

   /summon chicken ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:minecart}]}
   

2. chickens will automatically slowly moving toward north
   The moving speed will not fit the chickens' leg's walking animation.

You can summon a normal chicken or spawn a chicken,but it will move as normal.
