If you place TNT near an Ender Crystal and detonate the TNT, the TNT explodes normally but the Ender Crystal simply disappears without exploding, which is unusual considering that even a snowball, fire charge, or just a cactus can set off an Ender Crystal.
To reproduce is straightforward; just make a setup like the one in the attached image and ignite the TNT. The Ender Crystal will disappear without exploding or causing any damage.
