Repeater on 1-tick clock does not tick when input is too strong

      When a repeater is placed on the output from a 1-tick clock as shown, it will only update if the signal strength it's receiving is as shown in the image with the repeater further from the comparator (or any weaker signal), but not in the image where it's closer (or any stronger signal).

      Note: This was tested on a client connected to a remote server with a low latency.

      Is this behavior perhaps intentional? Why would that be?
