If you throw a Splash water bottle at a Blaze and kill it, it does not count as a player kill, and the Blaze thus does not drop XP or blaze rods.

Steps for reproduction:
1. Spawn a Blaze.
2. Throw Splash Water Bottles at the Blaze until it dies.
