After running Minecraft for a good 30 seconds or so it freezes. Checked the CPU and its not using any of it. I run a minecraft server alongside of it and it doesn't work either. CPU works fine for literally everything else so its not that. I've reinstalled and updated java, Minecraft and my drivers. Any ideas? Is my pc just too old? This problem has been happening for about 4 months now, and I've found no other solutions online. Had to make a bug report as its only Minecraft that won't work.

Doesn't work for any version of minecraft.
Tried running with lowest settings and Optifine, and without. Nothing works
