A creeper spawned in my house because the light level was 0 on the half slab, and made a massive hole in the room. I nearly lost all of my precious stuff like diamonds. Please take a look at the pictures for reference. P.S. that is a different place to where the creeper blew up and they can spawn on the first step on stairs.
