I was trying to get Mr. Garretto's armor stand model working, and I noticed the error message. I experimented with it for a little bit, and here are my results:

If the

tag in command block minecart summon command has a space in it, even as part of a valid command, it won't work.

However, if you remove the space, it works fine.

It works also if it's not a command.
