Firework colors don't work!

      When summoning fireworks or when giving someone a firework the colors dont work properly. the command i used:
      /give @p minecraft:fireworks 1 0 {Fireworks:{Flight:3,Explosions:[

      {Type:1,Flicker:0,Trail:0,Colors:[11743532],FadeColors:[1973019]}
