I was having some troubles, accidentally pressing F3 while typing a "cloud" particle effect in 1.11.2 and turns out the bug occurred in the following commands "/particle cloud 27 63 -286 27 66 -286 50 1", "/tp 100 100 100" and caused the popups on screen as you can visualize from the attached screenshots. It appears that the bug found in MC-46854 and it states that the bug is "resolved" but is still occurring. It happens the exact way stated in the link above. I greatly appreciate your time and effort to improve and further develop my all time favorite game.
Keep up the good work, Mojang staff! I mean it!
P.S. I am quite certain a number such as 100 is indeed a valid number.

it is later, and I have done some trials and yes, this appears to only happen with the new Microsoft launcher, and only happens on 1.11+ for my computer. I am using a Mac fusion drive, if that is important. I am also using a edited world/map/saves file so if you need any specific data, comment or email me at grifythegreat1@gmail.com!
P.S.
There were also "angryVillager" particles playing in the world where it happened.
