Since MC-117687 was fixed, the recipe book no longer lists dispensers as "available" if you only have enchanted bows in you inventory.
This is misleading, because enchanted and named bows can be used to craft dispensers.
It makes sense that the recipe book would avoid moving enchanted items into the crafting grid, to prevent their accidental consumption in crafting.
In pre-5, the recipe book would place other items into the grid but not the bow, if the only bow available was enchanted, effectively becoming a dropper recipe. This makes sense to avoid accidental bow consumption, but as seen in MC-117687 can cause confusion.
Either way IMO the recipe availability should reflect whether the item can be crafted, not whether or not the recipe book can be used to move the items into the grid. The dispenser icon being red/unavailable in this screenshot is misleading.
