      Using /gamerule to query gamerule values ignores the gamerule setting sendCommandFeedback.

      Other query commands like /time query respect this gamerule.

      How to reproduce

      1. Set the gamerule sendCommandFeedback to false 
        /gamerule sendCommandFeedback false
      2. Query a gamerule value 
        /gamerule sendCommandFeedback
