When trying to /give a player a stack of 64 potions, which is not possible in survival, the game prevents it. This was listed as a feature in 1.11.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Attempt to execute this command: "/give @p potion 64"
2) Observe that the game will not allow you to do so.
