The bug

Changing the window width from a width where the recipe book is placed next to the inventory to one where it is placed above the inventory or the reversed while the inventory is open causes the recipe book GUI to be incorrectly placed.

How to reproduce

1. Change your gamemode to Survival (can be reproduced in Creative as well but requires a crafting table)

   /gamemode survival
   

2. Open your inventory
3. Open the recipe book
4. Resize the window causing the recipe book to be displayed above your inventory
5. Close the recipe book but leave your inventory open
6. Increase the width of the window / decrease the height to make sure the recipe book renders next to your inventory
7. Open the recipe book again
