Originally when crafting items, shift-clicking to put them in the inventory causes a crash. The items are crafted and appear in your inventory, but it crashes. This happens with both the 2x2 and 3x3 grids. Later this happened when I retrieved any crafted item.

I attempted to craft planks, sticks, and ladders; but did not test other items due to frustration.
