Arrow turns into Tipped Arrow (?) when entering Nether Portal

      When you shoot an regular arrow through a Nether portal, it'll turn into an tipped arrow (without effects), as seen by the particles. (couldn't attach screenshots because of a constant error with 'Token missing. Please try to attach files again)
