Hopper Minecart disappearing off track

      I have an automatic wheat farm that utilizes a hopper mine cart running underneath it to collect the wheat the villager drops and two times today the mine cart has just completely disappeared. Attempted to log out and log in to see if that was the cause and that doesn't seem to be the case.
