What I expected to happen was that when i open the debug menu(f3) and while it was open when i hit the cooldown would show

What actually happened was that there was no cooldown bar where it is normally by te crosshair

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set hit cooldown thing to show by crosshair
2. press f3 (open debug menu where it shows co-ordiantes)
3. Swing at something, you wont see the hit cooldown appear.
