Tooltip only shows up when viewing your inventory by pressing E and hovering over an item. However, if you are in the chest or crafting table, the tooltip does not show up when hovering over those same items. I've tried F3+Q to enable/disable advanced tooltip, but it does not change the tooltip not showing up.
