Upgrading from 17w13b to 17w14a Caused All Recipes to Disappear

      After updating my game from 17w13b to 17w14a, all my recipes have disappeared, although items can still be crafted.

      Loaded a backup of the game and upgraded again to 17w14a and recipes were gone.
