Was building a 4-36 digit combo lock. Number matching system uses Dropper RS nor latches to check the number and turn off an AND gate. Bottom droppers power fine, but some of the top ones also somehow power, and stay powered, (Even if their bottom dropper was never powered) the reset line thus cannot power the top one because it is already powered. A block update will fix the dropper. Placing a piston as shown in screenshot also seems to fix the problem
McEdit schematic of machine is included.
Tried with and without opdifine and same problem.
