reddust particle doesn't get colored by area effect cloud's color nbt tag

      Unlike the particle command, it is impossible to color the reddust particle in area effect clouds.

      The reason: the Color tag only gets used for potion type particles.

      /summon area_effect_cloud ~ ~ ~ {Particle:"reddust",Color:150}
