trading with villagers needs redone as trading as a random chance for locking and unlocking trades allowing for a rare but very possible chance to lock out all trades with a villager.

A simple fix would be that villagers would re-unlock all trades at sunrise in the game.

Another thing to try would be to add day counter to the game. In combination with in game time it would allow the game to tell how long the trade has been locked and after x amount of time/days trade or all trades would re-unlocked.
