I am playing Minecraft in Multi-player.
after half an hour to a hour, I am getting logged out from the server with that crash report: "An existing connection was closed by the remote host".
Why is this keeping to happen, and how do I stop this?

Note: it is happening to me in every release virsion
and also in Minecraft Realms
