When on my own server or any multiplayer serves I am unable to see my skin or anyone else's. Everyone appears as Steve or Alex. I saw a thread that said to delete the skin's folder, I already did that, but I continue to have the issue. I also uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft, yet that doesn't work either. Then I just deleted my .minecraft folder all together, however I continue to have this issue. Please help, it has been like this for a couple week's now.
