When a tool breaks it does not make a sound.

*What I expected to happen:
I know from past versions that when a tool breaks it makes a "Klunk" sound.

*What actually happened:
When i was in a cave, mining my pick broke and it did not make a sound when it broke. Then i tested other tools they also made, no sound.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a tool (pick)
2. make it break (mine)
3. listen

*Things to note:
1. I had no resource pack
2. I had no mods
