When you go into spectator mode and go into the POV of a creeper, and then kill yourself, you will log back in with the green pixelated creeper vision. Even if you change gamemodes, and stop beeing in the POV of the creeper, the green pixelated vision will stay until you exit and return or go into and out of F5 mode.

REPRODUCE:
1. Enter spectator mode.
2. Left-click on creeper (may or may not work with other mobs)
3. Use command /kill
4. Use command /gamemode 0/1/2/3 if desired
