Right clicking with a Fireworks Rocket while gliding with Elytra should affect the player movement speed.

Instead of affecting the player movement speed the Fireworks Rocket spawns a fireworks_rocket entity.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start gliding with Elytra
2. Right click with a Fireworks Rocket.
