I recently tried renaming (not signing) a book and quill in an anvil. Oddly, when the book and quill was renamed, the book and quill would not allow me to add text. When I used a book and quill that wasn't renamed by an anvil, it worked fine. To reiterate, the book was NOT signed. I have found this bug in single player and servers.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a book and quill.
2. Rename it in an anvil.
3. Open the book and quill.
4. Try to edit it. If the bug is replicated, the book will not accept input.
