Mobs and player can pass through stone wall.

      In Minecraft version 1.11.1 is possible jump over stone walls now. Player and even mobs can pass trough. I am don't found any notice in changelog regarding this feature, so I suppose that it is nasty bug. Wooded fence is still working correctly and can't be passed.
