Bug Summary:
Putting a named Name Tag into an Enchantment Table while you have at least one other Name Tag with the same name in your inventory will remove the name from the Name Tag.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a named Name Tag into an enchantment table while you have at least one other Name Tag in your inventory with the same name.
