What I expected to happen was...
when i use a TNT canon (any type : water based, no water),the TNT are supposed to be launched Forward (distance depends on how many tnts are used to make it launch).

      What actually happened was...
that when i use a TNT canon in 1.11 (lets say the same one that i use on previous version and that launch TNT 100 blocks away), the TNT are barely propulsed (shot) and by barely, i mean that they don't go further than 5 to 10 blocks MAX. Same case with TNT minecarts (TNT minecarts are known to have a lot of propulsion), their propulsion is greatly divided (don't have specific numbers, sorry). Point is : their propulsion isn't how it was before (even when you put the TNT right next to each other without any obstacles)

      Steps to Reproduce:
1.Build a TNT cannon (doesn't matter how powerful, and doesn't matter if water based) NOTE: i am not talking about slime block TNT cannons
      2. Test it on any version other than 1.11 ( test it on 1.9 / 1.10 doesn't matter)
      3. Test it on version 1.11
      4. Compare

      Side note:
Apparently its the blocks that used to block the propulsion :/ sorry didn't realize this earlier but is it still a bug ?
