depthNoiseScaleExponent doesn't do anything

      In Customize World Settings the option depthNoiseScaleExponent does nothing. In the program it is passed to a bouncer function for generating noise octaves, but the bouncer function doesn't pass it through.
      Applies to all versions that include "Customize World Settings" options.
