While trying to dig a hole up to the surface, I encountered a bug while mining a dirt block. As I was jumping to try and break the dirt block, I kept entering and leaving the block's reach range, which caused this bug to occur. The attached video demonstrates this bug in action. Additionally, the texture updates if another block is mined (or partly mined).
