World freezing / breaking

      The world is freezing whilst letting me build and break blocks, but command blocks are broken and the game will not save and quit to title. May be EXTREME lag.
      Incorrect duplicate, I have tried to recreate it without opening to LAN and it still froze. Please reopen this accordingly, It is not patched and I am playing in 1.11
