Elytra works fine until I teleport to a destination with commands.
It stops working after I teleport, but It works again if I relog to my singleplayer world.

What I expected to happen was:
A normally working elytra.

What actually happened was:
Elytra just didn't want to open/work properly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Just have fun and fly around with elytra ( I used Xisumas elytra launcher) 00:10
2. Enter the /tp command into a command block or in chat 00:30
3. Elytra stops working D: 00:45
