I was mining stone blocks getting pushed down by pistons when the game crashed.

I had a Eff V unbreaking 3 Silk Touch 1 Mending diamond pickaxe
I had haste 2

This seems to be very random when the crash happens. Sometimes when I log back in my game lags very badly then crashes. Sometimes it doesn't though and I can play fine.

This was the error. See attached crash log for more info. This seems to only happen in 1.11. 1.10 or below doesn't seem to be effected. I have not tested this bug In the snapshots yet.

I have also tested it without the resource pack I was using and the crash still happened.
