      Zombies/Villager Zombies can't walk over minecart tracks

      I was trying to put a zombie villager on a minecart so I could cure him and bring him to a village.

      However the villager zombie wouldn't walk over minecart tracks, it would find alternate routes to get to me where there wasn't a track in the way.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Put some minecart tracks up
      2. Try to get a zombie in a minecart
