Huge Mushrooms don't drop Mushrooms only themselves

Huge Mushrooms would drop 2 mushrooms same color

*What actually happened was...:*
Huge Mushrooms drop themselves

*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Find Huge Mushroom structure
2. Mine structure with Axe(Silk Touch)
