Summon a horse and mount it

/summon horse ~ ~ ~ {Tame:1b,SaddleItem:{id:"saddle",Count:1b}}

Run the following command and start moving forward directly afterwards

/kill @e[type=horse,limit=1,sort=nearest]
```
