I PUT 1.10.2 AS THE VERSION BUT ITS 1.8! If you want i can check if it gives me that error on 1.10.2 but im trying to stream on a 1.8 server

I clicked F6 to stream on twitch,
What I expected to happen was...:
Ask me if i want to stream.
What actually happened was...:
It said "Unable to load the libraries for the integrated Twitch Streaming service" it also gave me a report button that redirected me to Bugs.Mojang.Com
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open minecraft
2. Click F6 on a world/server and
3. You will maybe get the Pop-Up (or whatever its called)
I was trying to include a Screen-Shot but i was playing Minecraft in Full-Screen so the Print Screen button didn't work.
