When a repeater or comparator powers a block, it should power the corresponding Redstone components.

Redstone wire/comparators/repeaters will not take the output of the powered block.

The Redstone components needed a block update to change its state and this is not a visual glitch as outputs do not react until a update.

      1. Have a Redstone input connect to a repeater that is facing a block
      2. On top of the block have a Redstone dust
      3. Power the repeater and results will show that the observer behaviour is inflicted on the component.
