The sound of the sign is not correct, I think...

What I expected to happen was...:
There should not be any sound.

What actually happened was...:
The sound effect is the same as woods'.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a sign on a block.
2. Walk and jump when going through the sign.
3. You will here the sound just the same as when you walk on wooden planks.
